“Big Irv” as he likes being called (there is a heartfelt story why) is the proud father of two sons, Jonathan who is 32 and Daniel who is 28. His curiosity in Real Estate began with a conversation about helping find Investment Properties for his father-in-law’s real estate Brokerage in Hawthorne, CA in 1988. He did that by driving through the neighborhoods of Hawthorne, Inglewood, Gardena, and Lawndale looking for homes in need of repairs and also calling on newspaper ads daily to find motivated sellers in need of a quick sale. Years later after going on a listing appointment and having the seller say ‘you damn realtors are all the same’, he decided to differentiate himself by using the moniker "Professional Matchmaker” because he enjoyed matching his clients with either properties and or referring them quality vendor services. He’s learned through building relationships two concepts necessary to succeed in Real Estate and Life.
